Archonom is an independent project management and technical audit firm. We act for property owners, developers and investors as the Employer's appointed representative, holding full authority over the technical, contractual and financial administration of each project.
We design the legal and contractual architecture of every project, regulate the relationship between Owner and Contractor, and direct budgets and progress payments with complete transparency. On site, Archonom instructs, inspects and certifies, so that scope, cost, quality and time remain under a single accountable authority.
Our practice draws on a building culture that reaches back half a century, across residential towers, city-scale retail, education campuses and complex steel structures in Türkiye, Europe, Central Asia, the Middle East and Africa. Seismic safety, engineering integrity and long-term value are non-negotiable.

Our Mandate

Employer: the property owner, developer or investor commissioning the works. Archonom: project manager and auditor, vested with full authority over contract, budget, payments and quality on the Owner's behalf. Contractor: the main contractor executing the works under Archonom's direction and audit. Our practice is aligned with FIDIC Conditions of Contract, the PMI PMBOK Guide, ISO 21500 and the Turkish Building Earthquake Code (TBDY 2018), backed by 50 years of building culture, 120+ managed and audited projects and work in 12 countries.
